REdatum is a real estate statistics data company that pulls comprehensive MLS data through its easy-to-use website platform. U.S. and Canada agents can create reports and review high-level data revolving around local market trends and stats, personal production insights, and detailed comparative market analysis.
Real agents are privy to a special rate of $10 per month (per MLS feed) or $100 per year (per MLS feed). Learn more about REdatum or sign up and schedule your live demo at redatum.com/real.
Real agents who currently use REdatum are eligible to receive Real’s discounted price. Email real@redatum.com with the following message: “I am a Real agent and would like for my REdatum account to reflect the Real discounted price.” Include the Real Promo Code in the email. From there REdatum will make sure your monthly price is adjusted for the next billing cycle.
Agents paying on a month-to-month basis can cancel their account and not be charged the following month. Agents who paid for the year upfront will have access for the full year but will not be charged on the anniversary of when the account started.

Live demos for Real agents take place twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday at 11 AM PST / 2 PM EST and are hosted by the REdatum team via Zoom. Once you have booked your demo, you will receive an email to create an account.
REdatum is connected to many of the larger MLS feeds throughout the U.S. and Canada. To check if your MLS feed is connected and available, refer to redatum.com/real/available-mls.php. From here you can view our list of available MLS feeds. If you don’t see your MLS feed, contact us directly to inquire about your MLS.
REdatum only offers data for MLS providers you are a part of. For example, if you are a part of the Beaches MLS you will receive all data from that source. If you want MLS data from Stellar MLS you have to be a part of a board/association that offers the Stellar MLS system.
REdatum’s support team can help with any questions or issues with the platform. Support hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM EST Monday - Friday. For immediate assistance, use the chat feature located in the bottom right corner of the landing page. For any inquiries outside their support hours, email us.
U.S. MLS feed data is updated on the 1st of every month and showcases the previous month's data (e.g., on February 1st REdatum will refresh the system and showcase data from January and earlier). Data can adjust slightly throughout the month.
Canada MLS Feeds are refreshed on or around the 10th of each month. (e.g., on February 10th REdatum will refresh the system and showcase data from January and earlier).
